Tuition and Fee Schedule
REGISTRATION
We are thankful for the families that choose to entrust New Vineyard Christian Academy with their child's education. We strive to make the transition as smooth as possible. Our team is ready and available to assist you throughout the registration process.
REGISTRATION FEE
The annual registration fee is $150.00 per child for grades K-6th. The registration fee is due by July 21st. Pre-Registration for K-6th Grade is $100 if you register your child(ren) by July 11th. After July 11th, the registration fee is $150.00.
The annual registration fee is $50.00 for Afterschool.
The annual registration fee is $60.00 for Preschool Program.
Late registration is $150.00 after July 11th.
The registration fee is due in full at time of registration and is non-refundable and non-
transferable. PLEASE NOTE: If you have a balance from the previous school year it must be paid in full before you can register your child(ren).
TUITION PAYMENTS
All families are required to sign an Enrollment Contract even if payment is received in full at the time of registration. There are two (2) payment options:
1. Monthly Payment Plan. If you choose the monthly payment plan, your payment is due
in full by the 1st of each month. We accept check, money order, or tuition express.
2. 2-Week Payment Plan: If you choose the two-week payment plan the payment is due on
the 1st and 15th of each month, at the close of business.
Methods of Payment:
Check, Money Orders or Tuition Expression. There is a $15 handling fee for cash payments.
Returned Withdrawal or Check Fees
A $50.00 fee will be charged for the 1st returned withdrawal/check (NSF) by the school. The 2nd returned withdrawal/check will be charged a $100.00 fee. After second returned withdrawal/check, you will be subject to pay by money order or credit card thereafter, or subject to dismissal.
NEW VINEYARD CHRISTIAN ACADEMY TUITION SCHEDULE
K-6th Grade tuition is $525.00 per month for Full Day Program (includes afterschool program)
Afterschool school age 5 years to 12 years (part-time) is $75 weekly.
Preschool Ages 0 months to 12 months is $150.00 weekly.
Preschool Toddlers Ages 13 months to 25 months is $140 weekly.
Preschool Ages 16 months to 5 years is $130 weekly.
Special Needs Ages: 26 months to 5 years is $150 weekly.
**All monies owed by a student must be paid before the student can take his/her nine-weeks or semester examinations.
BOOK FEES
Course Fees are due by July 31st, and they are based on the grade that the student is registered for. The following Course Fees will apply: • $100.00 per student for kindergarten to 6th grade.
LATE PAYMENT FEES
There is a $5.00 late fee per child, per day, will be accessed to all accounts that are late.
LATE PICKUP FEES
There will be a $2.00 late fee charged to your account per child, per minute after dismissal or after closing hour.
EARLY DROP OFF FEES
There will a $1.00 early drop off fee charged to your account for per child, per minute before 7:00 am.
