Our Christian Views & Biblical Curriculum
At New Vineyard Christian Academy, our mission is to educate the whole child by integrating strong academics with a Christ-centered foundation. Our curriculum is intentionally designed to weave biblical principles into every lesson and subject area, helping students understand that God is the source of all truth, wisdom, and knowledge. We believe education is not complete without spiritual growth, and our goal is to lead every student into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ while preparing them for academic success.
Bible is the first lesson of each school day and is a required subject for all students. Through Bible class, students learn to pray, develop a strong understanding of Scripture, and apply God’s Word to their daily lives. Students are taught how to pray reverently and confidently, speak publicly, memorize scripture, learn the Books of the Bible, understand the Plan of Salvation, and live according to the Ten Commandments. They are also taught the benefits of wisdom and how biblical principles guide decision-making, character, and leadership.
Students Learn and Recite:
These activities help build confidence, public speaking skills, biblical knowledge, and a strong moral foundation.
All students attend weekly chapel services where they gather for worship, recitation, and spiritual encouragement. During chapel, students recite their pledges, scriptures, and biblical principles, and hear a mini sermon based on the Bible lesson of the week. Chapel provides a special time for students to grow spiritually, worship together, and deepen their understanding of God’s Word in a meaningful way.
Students are encouraged to read their Bibles daily and to develop a personal relationship with Christ. We teach them the importance of sharing God’s love with others, beginning with their families and loved ones. Our students are guided to be examples of Christ through kindness, obedience, respect, and compassion, learning that their faith should be lived out both inside and outside the classroom.
We warmly invite all students and families to worship with us:
These services provide an opportunity for families to grow together spiritually and strengthen their walk with Christ. We believe spiritual growth is most powerful when school and homework together in faith.
Students who feel called to express worship through movement are encouraged to join our NVCA Sacred Praise Dance Group. This ministry allows students to glorify God through dance while developing discipline, teamwork, confidence, and spiritual expression.
Our greatest desire is that every student will come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. At New Vineyard Christian Academy, biblical learning is not an addition to education—it is the foundation. Everything we do is centered on helping students grow spiritually, academically, and morally so they may become strong, faithful leaders who honor God in all they do.
